Our 30-Day Guarantee

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Visit our Contact page and select "Returns & Exchanges" from the subject dropdown.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
